Jupiter Bach

In April 2017, Bach merged with its largest competitor, Jupiter Group, which is owned by Verdane Capital Partners. The transaction has created the largest supplier of nacelle and spinner covers in the world. Following the transaction, which included upfront proceeds to BWB, BWB holds a minority shareholding in the combined entity Jupiter Bach. The annual report is published in the Danish state’s Central Business Register.
